ANDY HIPWELL
MANAGER
Andrew brings 15+ years of automotive service industry experience to the OEM Calibration team. He has extensive first-hand knowledge vehicle ADAS technology from prior experience with a high-end manufacturer that was an early adopter to the technology.

PROCESS & PROCEDURE TRAINING MANAGER
James offers 38 years of Collision Repair experience and spent 28 years of that time as a technician. He understands bringing repairs to factory specifications and takes pride in providing his partners solutions through his extensive access to factory engineers.
TIM MULLER
FIELD COORDINATOR
Tim has been in the collision industry for over 45 years managing independent shops, large dealership, and large MSO’s. Tim understands the importance of ADAS calibrations and wants to continue to grow in helping shops understand vehicle ADAS system.
AUSTIN TURNER
FIELD COORDINATOR
Austin brings over 15 years of experience in the collision repair industry, having advanced from a prep technician to managing a large commercial body shop. Most recently, he served as a paint tech representative, where he developed a strong reputation for building lasting customer relationships. Committed to staying ahead of industry trends, Austin is excited to support customers with his deep expertise—especially in the rapidly evolving area of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
